Adult Ministries
If you are new to the area or are thinking about coming to Skyline, these smaller groups might be an easy way to get to know us and what we are about.
NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED A fun and easy way to get to know one another. On the first Monday of every month we show up at a local restaurant and enjoy a no host dinner. On May 5 we are gathering at The Jade Palace at Green Firs Shopping Center in University Place on 40th and Bridgeport Way. Hope to see you. Just show up at 6:30 p.m.
OUTFLOW SMALL GROUP AND PREACHING SERIES April 6 - May 11 Small groups are meeting throughout the week to explore:

How God's love can overflow through us

How we can have a richer, more meaningful relationships with God

How we can share God's love with our families and friends

How we can impact our community through acts of generosity and kindness
Groups are meeting Sunday afternoon, Wednesday evening, Thursday morning and Thursday evening and will tie into our Sunday morning preaching series. To join one of our groups and get directions please contact office@skylinepres.org
SUNDAY MORNING ADULT CLASS meets 9:00 a.m. Here at the church in the Conference Room. Sandy Price leads this lively class on the same Scripture text that will be preached that morning in worship. Everyone is welcome.
TUESDAY AFTERNOON ADULT CLASS meets from 2:00-3:00 p.m. Conference Room. Pastor Robyn Hogue leads this discovery style Bible study on the Scriptures that will be preached that coming Sunday. Come and take part. This Bible study feels more like a small group than an adult class. We would love to see you there.
WEDNESDAY EVENING ADULT CLASS is taking a break from the regular format to participate in OUTFLOW. Meets 6:00-7:30 p.m. Here at the church in the Fellowship Hall. Pastor Robyn Hogue is leading the experience. Be sure to join us.
INTERESTED IN JOINING A SMALL GROUP? After our OUTFLOW series is finished, we plan on some of our small groups continuing as ways to help adults join in friendship and spiritual nurture through meeting in groups of five to ten in homes, coffee shops, and more. MEN'S FELLOWSHIP meets 7:00 a.m. Saturday mornings at Forza Coffee on 21st and Pearl. This no host gathering is the perfect opportunity for men to meet together and strengthen their spiritual lives. Contact Mel Latham at mclatham84@hotmail.com
WOMEN'S FELLOWSHIP meets the second Wednesday of each month of the school year between 10-11:00 a.m here at the church in the parlor. All women who are free in the daytime are surely welcome. Friendship, devotional discussion and refreshments are provided.
MONTHLY DAYTIME BOOK CLUB meets the third Wednesday of each month in the school year. The group has enjoyed a wide variety of reads and uses the Pierce County Library for its resource. CANCER SUPPORT GROUP meets the first and third Mondays here at the church in the Parlor 1:30-2:30 p.m. This caring group of people living with and surviving cancer offers care and support for all. PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY MINISTRIES gathers Fridays 1:00-3:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Help make peanut butter and jam sandwiches to help feed Tacoma's homeless.
